SW8085 | 27 Nov 2020 Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities Provide technical support, incident handling, and service improvement services to clients on system components. Perform installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting. Handle incidents and liaise with external vendors on hardware and application software. Provide system helpdesk support and manage change requests. Minimum Requirements Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of IT experience in system support and administration. Experience in IT system helpdesk support, handling change requests, and user requests. Experience in supporting physical and/or virtual servers. Experience in administration, support, and operation on hypervisor, storage, or server components is preferred. Experience in Linux Red Hat is preferred. Willing to work on shifts (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system. Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior System Engineer position.
