We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Nursing and Health Sciences: Part-time Technical Assistant (N&HS) - (250002 X)Job: Temporary/Part-time R&DSchool/Unit: School of Nursing and Health Sciences Closing Date: 22/Jan/2025, 3:59:00 PMMajor Duties and Responsibilities The appointee will assist the Principal Investigator in the research project “Sit Less and Move More: A Feasibility Study on Physical Active Break Intervention and Improving Cardiometabolic Health.” The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following: Assisting in participants’ recruitment; Assisting in conducting intervention and data collection; Conducting literature review on relevant topics; Performing data analysis; and Providing research-related assistance. He/she will be normally assigned to work not more than 17 hours per week. Candidates Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including Biology or Chemistry, English & Chinese languages, and Mathematics; Personal training qualification or educational background in fitness and coaching is preferred; Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point); proficiency in SPSS will be an advantage; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, able to work independently.
