Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain VOIP communication systems;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features;
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields;
Work Experience: At least 3 years in VOIP development;
Technical Skills:

Proficient in SIP, RTP, and related VOIP protocols;
Experience with Free SWITCH, Opensips, Kamailio VOIP platforms;
Strong programming skills in C/C++, Java, or Python;
Familiarity with networking concepts and telecommunications standards;
Experience with Windows/Linux systems and scripting.


Other Requirements:

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.



Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Web RTC and real-time communication systems;
Knowledge of My SQL database systems and SQL;
Understanding of security protocols and encryption in VOIP systems;
Familiarity with cloud-based VOIP solutions and deployment.
