Set up and configure automation testing development environments under Windows and mac OS platforms to support Android automation testing, including deploying test devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets). Enhance and implement hybrid testing approaches based on the client’s existing automation framework, covering native apps, Web View, and PWA applications. Develop test scripts that interact with applications and support barcode/QR code functionality, including generating and reading codes from external sources (not limited to hardware inputs). Integrate automated test scripts with mobile printers and verify printed outputs. Develop performance testing scripts, collect performance metrics of mobile applications, and evaluate open-source or commercial tools for performance testing. Ensure test scripts meet the client’s technical architecture, quality, and security standards, and can run automated tests for mobile applications across multiple i OS versions. Prepare technical documentation during project execution, such as test plans and user manuals. Assist in the completion of test reports and deliverables. Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other departments to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing. Solid understanding of software testing theories, methodologies, and processes; familiar with testing practices in Agile development environments. Strong hands-on testing skills including but not limited to functional testing, performance testing, API testing, and security testing. Proficient in Java programming language, with at least one project experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Jenkins, and Test NG. Practical experience in mobile app automation testing, test framework setup, and performance testing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues. Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and effective communication skills; capable of working under pressure. Fluent in Cantonese (spoken and listening) to communicate seamlessly with teams using Cantonese as the working language.
