Manage the test planning and execution processes, including preparation of test cases, defect management, and test reporting. Oversee the testing of complex application journeys and ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand insurance product proposals and sales journeys to optimize testing efforts. Maintain testing for applications supporting multiple regions on a single code base. Coordinate and manage testing efforts for applications on bi-weekly or monthly release cycles. Communicate effectively with team members across multiple time zones and cultures. Perform under pressure while managing stress effectively to meet tight deadlines. Qualifications:8+ years of work experience in IT application testing, with at least 5 years of practical experience.2+ years of hands-on experience in a leadership role, managing a team of junior testers. Extensive knowledge of test cycle management, including test case preparation, defect management, and reporting. Experience in applications that support multiple regions on a single code base is desirable. Proactive self-starter with excellent communication skills. Proven ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team across multiple time zones. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
