Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements for credit cards, card loans, and digital banking products.

Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to drive Agile delivery cycles.

Prepare and maintain key project artifacts including user stories, traceability matrices, and UAT plans.

Facilitate workshops and regular updates with stakeholders to align project scope and timelines.

Conduct system and mobile application testing, identify issues, and follow up on defect resolutions.

Ensure digital solutions meet compliance, data privacy, and operational standards.

Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.

3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in banking or financial services.

Solid understanding of credit card and loan products; experience with mobile or online banking platforms preferred.

Proficiency with Agile project tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
