We are looking for a senior Quality Assurance Engineer to improve QA performance.
Responsibilities: Conduct testing to guarantee applications align with business needs, system objectives, and end-user expectations, while detecting current or emerging defects.
Provide support to develop and refine quality assurance strategies, standards, performance metrics, change management procedures, best practices, and development guidelines across the organization.
Work closely with developers and systems teams to perform diverse testing approaches, including system, unit, regression, load/performance, and user acceptance testing.
Regularly update project stakeholders and leadership on testing progress, outcomes, key findings, and other critical insights.
Review and interpret test results to identify, document, and report defects, bugs, errors, misconfigurations, and integration/interoperability problems.
Promote and share expertise in QA best practices throughout the team and organization to foster a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Design, build, and sustain advanced test automation frameworks, placing a major emphasis on AI-powered testing tools and solutions to significantly boost testing speed, accuracy, coverage, and overall efficiency.
Requirements: University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline Proven track record of automation QA testing, at least 5 years of direct experience in the field is a must Technical focused from past career highly valued – ideally with 1–2 years of prior software development experience to bring deeper coding insight to QA processes.
