Product Business Analyst (Digital Subscription / Payment / Content) - ICClient Description: Major digital and media solutions provider in Hong Kong. Job Description: Participate in Web/App development, analysis, and design. Conduct business process review and assist product manager in finalizing the requirement scope. Analyze and document user requirements and business processes in functional requirement specifications. Translate business requirement into use cases / user stories. Manage changes to the requirement scope. Assist in preparation of the product backlog. Assist in QA process for acceptance testing and test data preparation. Job Requirements: Degree in BBA/Computer Science/Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Analytical mindset and be able to capture and verify specifications efficiently and effectively. Minimum of 2 years of Business Analyst experience in Web/App/Multimedia industry. Strong communication and documentation skills. Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Required to travel in Asia-Pacific region. Agile, e.g. Scrum, project experience is an advantage.
