To provide more quality products to the Hong Kong market, we are looking to hire more talents from various fields to support the expansion of our business. Responsibilities: Assist in formulating effective BTL marketing strategies tailored to the off‑trade segment (i.e. retailers and general trade)Develop strategic plans to align with marketing and sales objectives based on different channels’ nature and unique characteristics. Responsible for assigned channel marketing fund, set promotion KPIs and evaluate ROI performance. Project lead of all off trade channel activities, lead the team to plan and implement impactful promotion plans in timely manner. Collaborate with sales team to develop initiatives that drive sales, identify growth opportunities. Establish and maintain relationships with key on trade partners. Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline Min. 8 years of above work experience in FMCG off‑trade Have a strong marketing sense, analytical skills, proven ability to take initiative and willing to work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic mindset, analytical, able to work in fast‑paced work environment Results‑oriented, strong in time management Problem‑solving mindset, take initiative and responsibility Effective presentation ability Good command of English and Chinese We offer a stable environment, an attractive remuneration package and career prospects, a 5‑day work week and medical insurance.
