Overview A well-known financial institution is looking for a trade support associate to join their growing business.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in trade support and middle office within financial services.
Responsibilities: Oversee the entire trade process, including capturing trades, reconciling transactions, managing corporate actions etc Support trading desks by investigating discrepancies and resolving issues or questions related to trade bookings and breaks Direct support to traders regarding and trading issues Ensure proper handling of settlement issues and reconcile trades to prevent failures Analyze and resolve trade exceptions promptly, and address inquiries from clients and trading desks Create reports on trade activities and issues, escalating important matters as needed Participate in special projects, collaborating with teams across functions and globally Work with colleagues to develop reporting methods that support new products and business initiatives.
Requirements: Over 5 years of experience in a middle office or trade support role in a financial institution Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well in a team Attention to detail and strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure Interested parties please click Apply Now to submit your CV.
