Main Responsibilities
Support origination efforts – preparation of teasers, company profiles, sector/market research, company financial and credit analysis, etc.
Support marketing activities – preparation of pitch books, client presentation materials, regular market update, etc.
Support execution activities – providing inputs for financial modelling, credit and transaction memos, assisting in due diligence processes, etc.
Required Skills
Masters/University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline
Thorough understanding of corporate finance products
Strong critical thinking with the ability to evaluate companies and financial information quickly and accurately
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong work ethics, detail orientation and a passion for excellence
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English; fluency in written and verbal Mandarin would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and also a good team player
