A HK-listed pharmaceutical company with a wide range of products in health & beauty Job Description Implement training & development plans & strategies that aligns with business objectives Liaise with line managers to identify training needs and develop related programs Facilitate brand, products & sales training to frontline staffs and delivering retail management training to store managers Oversee the allocation of stores training resources and the store training feedback process Evaluate the training effectiveness, and conduct action plan for enhancement / improvement Job Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Studies or related disciplines Min. 8 years of solid training / coaching experience in Sales and CS, team management and store operations Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Excel & Photoshop Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Training Officer Immediate available will be an advantage
