The Role

Work closely with all departments to develop tailored training programmes, design, and deliver training courses to meet staff development needs.
Organize and conduct training sessions for colleagues and assist in developing trainee programmes.
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the design of training and development programmes.
Manage course enrolments, maintain training records, and handle related administrative duties.
Compile reports and conduct data analysis of in-house learning initiatives.
Review, update, and improve training content and evaluate programme effectiveness.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Skills And Attributes

Degree holder in any discipline.
At least 3 years of training-related work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
