Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Travel & Event Logistics Coordinator based in Hong Kong SAR. The coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing travel itineraries, overseeing event logistics, coordinating with clients and vendors, maintaining inventory, and ensuring seamless execution of travel and event plans. The role requires collaboration across teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet clients' personalized needs.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills for effective planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making
Excellent communication and customer service skills to manage client relationships and address inquiries
Experience in inventory management and supply chain management to optimize resources and operations
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency in travel booking systems and event management tools is a plus
Prior experience in luxury travel or event coordination is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
