We've teamed up with a top-tier bank to find a talented UI/UX Design Lead who brings creativity and leadership to their cutting‑edge digital team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic end‑to‑end UX delivery - balance user needs with business goals, owning design from customer definition through development
Concept to design - turn visions into simple, intuitive designs that mask system complexity using industry standards and best practices
Deliver clear, on‑brand, delightful UI/UX and visual design
Partner with Product Owner, Business, and IT to achieve strategic project objectives
Lead design process - drive decisions, track issues, and ensure specification implementation
Present with clarity and conviction to teams and stakeholders
Stay ahead of digital trends to align product strategy with market evolution
Manage digital agencies and design resources on projects
Build flexible, scalable design systems and component libraries
Enhance interaction and interface within accessibility frameworks
Essential Experience and Skills
5+ years of experience leading UI/UX projects, proficient in interaction design, branding, visual design, typography, and user‑centered processes - desktop and native mobile apps
Translates complex requirements into elegant, simple solutions for complicated processes
Well versed in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Vision
User research and usability testing experience is a strong plus
Experienced working in Agile/Scrum
Comfortable working within design systems and proposing concepts within constraints
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to stakeholders
Financial sector experience preferred but not required
