We’re looking for a UIUX Designer (Campaigns & Marketing Communications) to produce clear, effective, and on-brand content across campaigns and marketing touchpoints. This role focuses on user-facing promotional content, working closely with Marketing, Growth, Design, and Localization teams to ensure campaign messaging is accurate, consistent, and easy for users to understand.
Responsibilities
Campaign & Marketing Content
Write and structure content for campaign landing pages, banners, emails, push notifications, in-app campaign surfaces, and paid ads
Turn campaign briefs into clear user-facing messaging, including mechanics, rewards, and key actions
Ensure campaign content is concise, accurate, and aligned with campaign objectives
Balance clarity, persuasion, and compliance in promotional content
Collaboration & Quality
Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Design, and Operations teams throughout campaign execution
Work with Localization teams to ensure campaign content is translation-ready and scalable
Participate in content reviews and revisions to meet quality and accuracy standards
Ensure consistency in terminology, tone, and messaging across campaign materials
Requirements
Experience writing for campaigns, marketing, or growth-driven digital products
Strong sense of user flow, hierarchy, and messaging prioritization
Ability to simplify complex mechanics and rules into clear, user-friendly language
Detail-oriented, especially with campaign logic, eligibility, and edge cases
Comfortable working with fast-paced timelines and multiple concurrent campaigns
Ability to contribute to campaign templates, messaging frameworks, and content guidelines
Familiarity with design workflows and tools such as Figma
Fluent both in English and Chinese
