Principal Responsibilities Work with our customers to provide answers and proactive solutions to enquiries, to recommend suitable financial products and banking services to meet their needs. Deliver industry-leading professional customer service. Proactively identify potential customers' banking needs and refer customers to appropriate branch staff to provide banking solutions. Assist line manager to provide an efficient, customer-focused sales and service environment in branch. Multiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories.
