Key Responsibilities Function as the IT BA/PM for the APAC Regulatory Reporting Technology Team, managing various highly-regulatory sensitive projects within the APAC region. Lead and analyze projects for Regional and Local Initiatives to improve the bank's regulatory reporting framework. Have a deep understanding of the APAC regulatory landscape key stock-trading markets, especially regarding trade reporting. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the trade lifecycle across different investment banking asset classes such as: Equities, Derivatives, FX, Rates, FICC etc. Engage in detailed analysis, gather requirements, define solutions, and conduct business analysis for project scopes. Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, internal teams, third-party vendors, development teams, and Technology software development teams. Keep project sponsors and stakeholders updated, organize steering committee meetings, and document meeting minutes. Collaborate with regional and global development teams to implement IT solutions and ensure timely delivery. Build strong communication and relationships with central teams in Europe and offshore, influencing global teams to address APAC-specific needs. Proactively identify and escalate risks or issues to management and steering committees when necessary. Provide immediate tactical solutions in tight timelines while working with stakeholders to create strategic plans. Deliver training to Business Users and the software development team before project go-live and prepare support documentations. Required Skills and Competencies Multi-asset class domain-knowledge such as: FX, Equities, Options, Warrants, Fixed-income, Rates, Derivatives etc.5+ years of proven experience in Technology Project deployments for Middle-Backoffice tech related trading systems implementation. Strong on Excel spreadsheets with proven experience in SQL statement, queries, table/ joins experience. A solid grasp of the end-to-end booking process, including booking, validation, confirmation, settlements, accounting, reconciliations, P&L, and risk metrics/aggregations calculations is a plus and highly-preferred. PMP, or prince2 cert strong proven multiple cycle of SDLC implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese. CFA, or Accounting certified with proven financial-domain knowledge.
