Our client consistently ranks at the forefront of the national securities industry in terms of their key financial and business metrics.   Key Responsibilities: Oversee and take accountability for the Trustee Services division, guiding the operational model from strategic planning to the operational framework of trust administration. Formulate business strategies to address market competition, challenges, and evolving regulatory conditions. Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to propose initial tax, trust, and family office structures for clients, while establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with tax advisors, lawyers, and trustees to address wealth planning needs.   Requirements: Possess a degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field, or hold a professional certification from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Have a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably within a major bank or a legal/accounting firm, with a strong understanding of trust, estate, and probate administration being advantageous. Maintain an extensive network within the legal, taxation, and trust sectors. Exhibit self-motivation, a customer service orientation, and a keen attention to detail. Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Chinese. Possess a strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
