Collaborate with designers, content creators, and event teams to develop innovative design solutions tailored to client needs. Create and format layouts for print and digital publications, including books, magazines, brochures, and newsletters. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh and creative ideas for campaigns and projects. Conduct research to stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Prepare and present design drafts for internal review and client approval, ensuring alignment with project goals. Utilize AI tools and technologies to generate innovative imagery and enhance the design process. Experiment with AI-generated visuals to complement traditional design methods, exploring new possibilities in visual storytelling. Liaise with external vendors (e.g. printers) to ensure high-quality deliverables. Assist in creating presentation materials for client pitches and internal meetings. Qualifications:1-4 years of experience in the publishing industry, print advertising, production houses or related field. Proficiency in Cantonese and English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline. A strong portfolio showcasing design work (especially for publishing and brochures design). Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
