Reporting to the CEO for APAC, you will play an active role in supporting key strategic client relationship (Distribution and Institutional Business) in the region through partnerships across the firm’s many stakeholders.  You will also map out and clearly understand business and organization’s structures to identify gaps, strategize and potential business opportunities, and work to improve existing processes for maximizing clarity, efficiency for the success. In addition, you will provide strategic analysis and plans to support decision making, ensure alignment to the firm’s strategy as well as collaborate with cross functional businesses to devise strategic initiatives, management on special revenue and non-revenue generating relationship and projects. To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in asset management industry. You should have proven experience in supporting executive level management, driving interdepartmental collaboration as well as experience in strategic planning and development together with strong business acumen and analytical skills. Lastly, you should possess strong project management, problem-solving and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to take initiative and critically analyze processes and procedures.
