Qualification
Hold a Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in civil engineering, structural engineering, or geotechnical engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) / technical college / technical institute, or equivalent
Possess not less than eight (8) years' relevant post-qualification experience, or five (5) years' relevant experience as Resident Assistant Inspector of Works (or equivalent) in public works projects
Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent.
Job duties
To facilitate and oversee the implementation, documentation, and progress of the assigned CCFS projects and update the Case and Knowledge Management Tool (CKMT) accordingly
To inspect and supervise the civil and geotechnical engineering works, foundation works, and demolition works of different projects or contracts in the remote countryside works sites under the CCO
To perform different skilled technical works and to supervise the contractor's staff
To update the dedicated webpage of the CCO for the assigned CCFS projects, and any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
入職要求：
持有香港理工大學、香港專業教育學院 (IVE) ，或同等機構所頒授的土木工程、結構工程或岩土工程高級文憑或高級證書；
擁有不少於八 (8) 年相關工作經驗，或不少於五 (5) 年擔任公共工程項目駐地助理工務督察（或同等職位）的相關經驗；以及
已達到香港中學文憑考試 (HKDSEE) 中文語言及英國語言科第 2 級或以上程度，或具同等程度。
工作職責:
協助及監督所指派的 Countryside Conservation Funding Scheme (CCFS) 項目的實施、文件整理及進度，並適時更新個案及知識管理工具 (CKMT)；
檢查及監督 CCO 轄下偏遠鄉村工地不同項目或合約的土木工程、岩土工程、地基工程及拆除工程；
執行各項技術性工作，並監督承辦商人員的工作；
更新 CCO 就指派 CCFS 項目設立的專屬網頁；以及
執行主管指派的其他職務。
