Works Supervisor (Building Services) - 1 year contract

Responsibilities
Responsible for the supervision of the construction works assigned to him / her;
Carry out duties of a Contractor Employed Building Services Inspector team as detailed in the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) published by the Arch SD;
Manage and monitor the site activities conforming to the Employer's Requirements, Arch SD General Specification, the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) and other documents as specified by the Project Manager or Supervisor or his/ her delegates.
Qualifications
Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent;
At least 5 years experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
Successfully completed a recognized technician apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering;
Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3, with 3 years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations;
Good understanding and practice in safety;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
